Rice-Consomme - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 stick butter
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 c. uncooked rice
    2 cans (10 1/2 oz. each) beef consomme
Preparation
    Saute onion in butter in baking dish.
    Add rice and pour consomme over.
    Bake
    in 375\u00b0 oven about 45 minutes.
    Rice will absorb liquid and be lightly brown on top.\tYield: 5 servings.
