Country Coleslaw - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. shredded cabbage
2 Tbsp. fine chopped onion
2 small grated carrots
1/3 c. mayonnaise
1 Tbsp. vinegar
2 tsp. sugar
Preparation

Combine cabbage, onion and carrots in a medium-size bowl.
In a small cup, combine mayonnaise, vinegar and sugar.
Pour mayonnaise combination over cabbage and mix thoroughly.
Serves 2 to 4 people.
