Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. squash, cooked and mashed
    2 Tbsp. Lipton onion soup
    1/2 c. sour cream
    1/2 c. sharp cheese, cubed
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 1/2 c. Pepperidge Farm seasoned stuffing
Preparation
    Put a thin layer of stuffing mix in a buttered casserole.
    Mix all other ingredients and pour onto stuffing mix layer.
    Top with remaining stuffing mix.
    Dot with butter.
    Bake in a 350\u00b0 oven for 35 minutes.
    Makes 6 servings.
