Coleslaw - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. cabbage
1 onion
3/4 c. peanut oil
1/2 c. apple cider vinegar
1/2 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
sugar to taste
Preparation

Shred cabbage and set aside.
Chop onion small; add to cabbage.
Combine remaining ingredients in pan and cook over medium heat, stirring frequently.
Cook sauce until thick.
Mix with cabbage and onion.
Serve warm.
