Oriental Style Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 stick butter
    1/2 c. chopped onions
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. garlic powder
    1 beef bouillon cube
    3 Tbsp. soy sauce
    2 green peppers, cut in strips
    2 lb. round or sirloin beef, cut in 1/8 x 1/2-inch strips
    2 c. canned tomatoes
    1/4 c. water
    1 tsp. sugar
Preparation
    Melt butter in a skillet.
    Add onions and green peppers. Saute about 2 minutes.
    Add beef and sprinkle with garlic powder. After meat browns a little, add remaining ingredients.
    Cook until meat is tender and sauce thickens.
    Serve over hot rice.
