Apple Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 stick margarine
    1 c. sugar
    1/2 c. fresh orange juice
    2 c. apples, grated or sliced thin
    unbaked pie crust
    pie dough for lattice
Preparation
    Boil sugar, butter and orange juice until slightly thickened. Add apples to sauce and cook until apples are transparent.
    Pour into crust and top with lattice.
    Put 1/4 cup sugar over lattice and dot with butter.
    Bake at 450\u00b0 for 10 minutes.
    Reduce heat to 350\u00b0 and bake about 30 minutes longer or until golden.
