Macaroni Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/4 c. green pepper, chopped
1/4 c. onions, chopped
1 (8 oz.) pkg. macaroni, cooked and drained
1/4 c. pimento
1 lb. medium sharp cheese, sliced thinly
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 c. mayonnaise
Ritz cracker crumbs
Preparation

Boil peppers and onions slowly with very little water.
Cook until water is gone.
Mix macaroni with onions and peppers.
Add pimento, cheese, soup and mayonnaise.
Place all ingredients in casserole and sprinkle with cracker crumbs on top.
Dot with butter.
Bake for 30 minutes at 350\u00b0.
