Angel Food Cake Supreme - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sifted cake flour
    1 1/4 c. sifted confectioners sugar
    1 1/2 c. (12) egg whites
    1 1/2 tsp. cream of tartar
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
    1/4 tsp. almond extract
    1 c. granulated sugar
Preparation
    Sift the flour with confectioners sugar 3 times.
    Beat egg whites with cream of tartar, salt, vanilla and almond extract until stiff enough to hold soft peaks, but still moist and glossy. Beat in sugar, 2 tablespoons at a time.
    Continue to beat until stiff peaks form.
    Fold in 1/4 of flour mixture at a time.
    Bake in a 10-inch tube pan at 375\u00b0 about 30 minutes or until done. Invert pan and cool cake thoroughly.
