Potatoes - A New Way - cooking recipe
Ingredients

15 to 20 new potatoes
1/4 c. cooking oil
1 envelope Lipton onion soup mix
red pepper to taste
Preparation

Wash new potatoes and slice about 1/8-inch thick. Add cooking oil, soup mix and red pepper. Shake well to coat potatoes. Place in greased casserole dish. Cover with foil and bake in 450\u00b0 oven until almost done. Remove foil the last few minutes of cooking time. Serve hot.
