Artichoke Quiche(Pie) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (9-inch) frozen pie shells (one for top and one for bottom)
    1 small Mozzarella cheese, shredded or 2 c. shredded
    4 eggs
    1 pkg. frozen artichokes or 1 can artichokes, drained
    chopped parsley
    3 cloves garlic, chopped
    2 Tbsp. olive oil
Preparation
    Beat eggs; add Mozzarella, salt, pepper and parsley.
    If frozen, boil artichokes until cooked.
    Drain well and brown in oil with garlic.
    Pour mixtures into pie shell.
    Bake 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
