Carrot Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sugar
    1 1/2 c. cooking oil
    4 eggs
    2 c. flour
    2 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    4 heaping c. shredded carrots
    1 1/2 c. chopped walnuts
Preparation
    Cream together sugar and oil.
    Beat in eggs until fully incorporated.
    In another bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, salt and cinnamon.
    Add dry ingredients to creamed mixture, blending well.
    Stir in carrots and walnuts.
    Bake in 15 x 10 x 2-inch greased pan at 300\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Ice when cool.
