Aunt Colleen'S Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
    1 small can water chestnuts
    Ritz crackers
    1 stick oleo
    1 c. broth soup mix
    6 to 8 chicken breasts or 1 whole chicken
Preparation
    Crumble Ritz crackers in thick layer on bottom of casserole dish.
    Place boiled, boned chicken in large bite size pieces over crackers.
    Mix soups, broth, sour cream and water chestnuts together.
    Layer with crumbled crackers on top.
    Pour melted oleo on top.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 until golden brown and bubbly around edges.
