Chickpea Curry - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 Tbsp. oil
    2 medium sliced onions
    1 tsp. pulped ginger
    1 tsp. pulped garlic
    1 tsp. ground cumin
    1 tsp. ground coriander
    1 tsp. chili powder
    2 green peppers
    fresh coriander leaves
    water
    1 large potato
    1 (14 oz.) can chickpeas
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
Preparation
    Heat the oil in a saucepan.
    Fry sliced onion until golden brown.
    Lower heat and add all the spices, the green chilies and fresh coriander.
    Stir-fry for 2 minutes.
    Add water.
    Peel and dice potatoes and add this with the chickpeas.
    Cover and simmer for 5 to 7 minutes.
    Sprinkle with lemon juice.
