Chicken Corn Chowder - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 slices bacon
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of celery soup
1 c. milk
2/3 c. water
1 c. diced, cooked chicken
1/2 c. cooked fresh corn, cut from cob
Preparation

Place bacon in a medium saucepan and cook until crisp.
Remove bacon, reserving drippings in saucepan.
Drain and crumble bacon; set aside.
Saute onion in bacon drippings until transparent; stir in bacon and remaining ingredients.
Cook over low heat until thoroughly heated, stirring occasionally.
Yield: 4 cups.
