Chess Pie(Originally From England In 1700'S) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 eggs
    3 c. sugar
    1 c. butter
    3 Tbsp. vinegar or 2 1/2 Tbsp. vinegar and 1/2 Tbsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 425\u00b0.
    Cream the butter and sugar until no trace of graininess remains.
    Beat eggs.
    Add eggs to creamed mixture and beat hard.
    Add vinegar and beat again.
    Turn into unbaked pie shell; bake for 10 minutes.
    Reduce oven heat to 350\u00b0 and bake for 30 minutes.
    The sugar rises to the top and forms a light brown crust when done.
