Dumplings - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. flour
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. milk or cold water
Preparation
    Sift dry ingredients together and add liquid to make a soft dough.
    Drop by spoonfuls in hot stew or any hot broth.
    Be sure it is boiling when dropping in dough.
    Steam covered for 10 minutes.
    Plenty of broth is needed for successful dumplings.
