Beef Porcupines - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. lean ground beef
    1 egg, beaten
    2 1/2 c. water
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. Rice-A-Roni (beef flavor)
Preparation
    Combine rice/vermicelli.
    Mix with ground beef and egg.
    Shape into twenty 1 1/4-inch meat balls.
    In a large skillet, brown meat balls; drain.
    Combine contents of seasoning packet and water; pour over meat balls.
    Cover and simmer 30 minutes.
    Thicken gravy, if desired.
