Meatballs Extraordinaire - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 lb. ground beef
    1 egg, slightly beaten
    1 large onion, grated
    1 tsp. salt (or to taste)
    1 (12 oz.) bottle chili sauce
    1 (12 oz.) jar grape jelly
    juice of 1 lemon
Preparation
    Blend together meat, egg, onion and salt.
    Form into small meatballs, about the size of jack balls (100).
    Combine chili sauce, jelly and lemon juice.
    Pour over meatballs and simmer in an electric skillet or regular frying pan over low flame for one hour.
