Black Bottom Cupcakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    1 egg
    1/3 c. sugar
    1/8 tsp. salt
    1 (6 oz.) pkg. semi-sweet chocolate chips
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 c. flour
    1 c. sugar
    1/4 c. unsweetened cocoa
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 c. water
    1/3 c. oil
    1 Tbsp. white vinegar
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    In small bowl, beat first 4 ingredients until creamy, then add chocolate chips.
    In large bowl, sift dry ingredients.
    Add water, oil, vinegar and vanilla.
    Mix well.
    Spray miniature cupcake tins with nonstick spray (Pam) and line with miniature paper cups. Spray cups.
    Fill halfway with chocolate batter.
    Put a heaping teaspoon of cream cheese mixture into center.
    Bake in 350\u00b0 oven for 30 to 35 minutes.
    Yield: 36.
