Fresh Tomato Salsa - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 large ripe tomatoes (1 lb.), cut into 1/2-inch cubes
1 medium white onion, finely chopped
1/4 c. chopped cilantro or parsley
1 tsp. dried marjoram or oregano
2 Tbsp. finely diced, seeded jalapeno peppers (optional)
3 Tbsp. fresh lime juice
1/2 tsp. salt or salt substitute
Preparation

In a medium bowl, combine all of the ingredients.
Let stand at room temperature at least 30 minutes or up to 2 hours.
Cover and refrigerate for longer storage.
Return to room temperature before serving.
Serve with tortilla chips.
