Oven-Fried Fish Fillets - cooking recipe

1 lb. flounder or sole fillets
1 Tbsp. reduced-calorie mayonnaise
6 Tbsp. fine dry breadcrumbs
2 Tbsp. minced fresh parsley
1/2 tsp. paprika
vegetable cooking spray
lemon wedges
Preparation

Coat fillets with mayonnaise. Combine breadcrumbs, parsley and paprika. Dredge coated fillets in breadcrumb mixture. Arrange fillets on a baking sheet coated with cooking spray. Bake at 450\u00b0 for 12 minutes or until fillets flake easily with a fork. Serve with lemon wedges. Yield: 4 servings.
