Pico De Gallo - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 jalapeno peppers, chopped
2 yellow peppers, chopped
3 green chilies, chopped
1/2 c. cilantro, chopped
5 green onions, chopped
1 Tbsp. chopped garlic
2 Tbsp. salad or olive oil
1 tsp. wine vinegar
salt and pepper to taste
9 fresh tomatoes, chopped
Preparation

Mix all ingredients, except tomatoes. Refrigerate 24 hours. Add tomatoes just before serving. Keeps fresh in refrigerator for two weeks, but won't last that long when served.
