Bool Koki - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. thinly sliced beef (round or flank steak or sirloin roast)
    9 Tbsp. soy sauce
    3 Tbsp. sesame oil
    2 tsp. roasted, crushed sesame seed
    3 Tbsp. sugar
    1 tsp. black pepper
    4 green onions, chopped
    1/2 tsp. garlic powder
Preparation
    Combine all
    but meat in a bowl and stir.
    Add the meat; turn it until it is coated with the marinade.
    Let it marinate 1 or more hours.
    (It needs no more than an hour.)
    Sear quickly on a barbecue.
    Serve hot with rice, cucumbers in vinegar and a green salad.
