Meat Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. ground beef
    1 small onion, chopped
    1 egg, beaten
    1 tsp. salt
    pepper to taste
    1/2 c. quick oats or cracker crumbs
    1 can tomato soup
Preparation
    Mix the first 6 ingredients; shape into 1 1/2-inch balls. Brown in heavy skillet.
    Remove to casserole dish.
    Take the tomato soup and add to drippings in skillet.
    Add enough water to make a thin gravy; pour over meat balls.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for about 45 minutes, uncovered.
