Pot Roast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 to 3 1/2 lb. rump roast
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 can water
    1 pkg. Lipton onion soup mix
    6 small new potatoes
    4 or 5 small carrots
Preparation
    Place onion soup mix in bottom of the roaster.
    On top of this, put the roast and pour in the mushroom soup and water.
    Cook on top of stove to a good steam, then lower heat and cook slow for 2 hours.
    Then remove top and add potatoes and carrots; simmer 30 minutes longer.
    Serve with rice and a green salad, to complete meal.
