Chicken And Vegetables Vermouth - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 chicken breast halves, skinned and boned
    3 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1/4 c. butter or margarine
    2 Tbsp. vermouth
    2 Tbsp. water
    1 chicken flavored bouillon cube
    4 carrots, scraped and sliced diagonally
    1 large onion, cut into eighths
    1 c. sliced fresh mushrooms
Preparation
    Cut chicken into bite size pieces; set aside.
    Combine cheese and pepper in a plastic bag; close bag securely and shake to mix. Add chicken to cheese mixture.
    Close bag securely; shake well to coat chicken.
    Place butter in an 8-inch square baking dish; microwave at High for 55 seconds, or until melted.
    Remove chicken from plastic bag; place in baking dish.
    Cover with wax paper; microwave at Medium-high (70% power) for 6 to 7 1/2 minutes, stirring after 3 minutes.
    Set aside.
