Sausage-Cheese Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 oz. grated Cheddar cheese, at room temperature
    2 c. prepared biscuit mix (Pioneer or Bisquick)
    1 lb. sausage, at room temperature
    2 Tbsp. picante sauce or hot sauce (optional)
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients.
    Mix until well blended.
    Form 1-inch balls.
    Place on large shallow baking pan that has been greased. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes.
    Serve hot.
    Makes 10 to 12 servings.
