Ingredients

1 c. graham cracker crumbs
1/2 c. shredded coconut
4 egg whites
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. walnuts
Preparation

Combine crumbs, coconut and nuts.
Beat egg whites, salt and vanilla until frothy.
Gradually add sugar and beat until peaks. Fold graham cracker mixture into egg whites.
Spread in well-greased 9-inch pie pan or 10 x 6 x 1-inch pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
Cool, cut and serve with any flavor ice cream. Serves 6 to 8.
