"Yam Bake" - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 large can yams
1 large can pineapple chunks
1/2 c. raisins (optional)
1 pkg. mini-marshmallows
1 Tbsp. flour
1 Tbsp. butter
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Drain yams, discard liquid and drain pineapple chunks (save liquid).
Mix all ingredients together. Place in Corning or Pyrex bowl.
Put marshmallows over top to brown, about 45 minutes.
