Scallop Cabbage - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 medium cabbage
2 Tbsp. chopped pepper
2 Tbsp. pimento, chopped
6 slices crisp bacon
1 c. grated cheese
1 1/2 c. white sauce
1/2 c. buttered bread crumbs
Preparation

Chop cabbage; boil and drain well.
Layer cabbage, pepper, pimento, bacon and cheese.
Pour the white sauce over all and top with bread crumbs.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 10 to 15 minutes.
Serves 8 to 10.
