Oven Fries - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 medium baking potatoes
    2 tsp. vegetable oil
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Scrub potatoes (or peel); cut into thick strips.
    Cover with cold water and let stand for 30 minutes.
    Drain.
    Pat dry with paper towels.
    Combine oil, salt and pepper in large bowl.
    Add potatoes and toss well to coat.
    Arrange in a single layer on a baking sheet coated with cooking spray.
    Bake at 475\u00b0 for 25 minutes or until tender and browned, turning once after 15 minutes.
