No Cook Mints - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 1/2 c. sugar
    4x confectioners sugar
    1/4 c. butter
    3 Tbsp. boiling water
    1/4 tsp. peppermint oil
    food coloring of choice
Preparation
    Mix together butter, water, flavoring and a few drops of coloring.
    Add sugar, enough to make the consistency of pie dough. Press into individual molds or shape into desired shape. Refrigerate or freeze until ready to serve.
    Yields about 1 pound.
