Apple Dipple Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 eggs
1 1/2 c. Wesson oil
2 c. sugar
3 c. sifted flour
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. vanilla
1/4 tsp. salt
2 large apples, chopped
1 c. Angel Flake coconut
1 c. chopped pecans
Preparation

Beat eggs, oil and sugar together.
Blend in remaining ingredients.
This makes a stiff batter so beat well.
Fold in chopped apples, Angel Flake coconut and chopped pecans.
Bake in 350\u00b0 oven for 1 hour.
Makes 1 tube cake or 2 loaf cakes.
