Pork Chop Delite - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 Tbsp. Butter
4 Pork Loin Chops about 1/2 inch thick
3 Medium Potatoes, peeled and cut into small wedges
2 Cups Carrots, sliced
1 Medium Onion, chopped
1/2 Cup Celery, chopped
1 Can Cream of Mushroom Soup, undiluted
1/4 - 1/2 Cup Water
1 Tsp. Worcestershire Sauce
Preparation

In skillet, add butter and brown chops; season with salt and pepper to taste.
Layer vegetables in crock pot and top with chops.
Mix soup and water together.
Add worcestershire sauce and pour over chops.
Cover and cook on low for 6 hours.
