Eggnog Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. flour
1 1/2 c. sugar
3 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
3 eggs
1/2 c. shortening
1 c. milk
1 tsp. rum or flavoring
1 tsp. ground nutmeg
1/4 tsp. ground ginger
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Grease and flour 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan. Beat eggs, flour, sugar, baking powder, salt, milk, rum, shortening, nutmeg and ginger together on low speed for 30 seconds.
Beat on high for 3 minutes, scraping bowl frequently. Pour into pan.
Bake 40 to 45 minutes or until center is done. Cool completely before frosting.
