Orange Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 cups flour
    1/4 cup solid shortening
    1/4 cup sugar
    2 Tbsp grated orange rind
    1 tsp salt
    1 pkg active dry yeast
    1/4 cup warm water (105~)
    1 egg
    1/3 cup cold milk
Preparation
    Combine flour, shortening, sugar, orange rind, and salt in a bowl. Set aside.
    Dissolve yeast in warm water.
    Add egg and stir. Add mixture to flour and stir well.
    Add milk.
    Stir to combine.
    On floured surface, knead dough, shape into a large ball and place in a greased bowl.
    Let rise in warm place free from drafts for about 1 hour or until double in bulk.
    Punch down and divide into 36 equal pieces.
    Form into balls.
    Grease muffin pan.
    Place 3 balls into each muffin.
    Cover and let rise until doubled, about 45 minutes.
    Preheat oven to 375\u00b0.
    Bake rolls 15 - 20 minutes or until done.
    Remove immediately from pan and place on wire rack to cool slightly.
