Enchilada Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. ground beef
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1 (8 oz.) can tomatoes
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. chili powder
    1/2 tsp. Tabasco pepper sauce
    1 (17 oz.) can kidney beans, drained and mashed
    1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce, divided
    18 tortillas
    1 c. (4 oz.) shredded Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Brown meat and onion.
    Add tomatoes, salt, chili powder, pepper sauce and mashed beans.
    Simmer 10 minutes.
    Stir in 1/2 cup tomato sauce.
    Spoon a little bean mixture over bottom of 6-cup round casserole.
    Alternately layer tortillas and bean mixture, ending with tortillas.
    Pour remaining tomato sauce over top and sprinkle with cheese.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
    Cut into wedge-shaped portion to serve.
