Swiss Cheese Puffs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. water
    3/4 c. margarine
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 c. sifted all-purpose flour
    6 eggs
    1 1/2 c. Swiss cheese, finely diced
    1 egg, beaten
Preparation
    Combine water, margarine and salt in heavy saucepan.
    Bring to boil.
    Add the flour all at once and stir the mixture over heat until mixture forms a ball (follows spoon around pan).
    Cool slightly and blend in eggs, one at a time.
    Beat well until mixture is smooth and well mixed, then blend in 1 cup of Swiss cheese.
