Spinach Dip - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. bunch fresh spinach, rinsed, dried and chopped
1 small bunch fresh parsley, rinsed, dried and chopped
1 bunch green onions, rinsed, dried and chopped
handful fresh dill, rinsed, dried and chopped (1/2 c.)
salt and pepper
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese, grated
1 c. or more sour cream
1 c. mayonnaise
Preparation

Mix well.
Serve with round pumpernickel bread.
Note:
To wash vegetables well, place in large pan and cover with cold water; let stand.
Sand will settle to the bottom.
Shake vegetables while still in the water to release sand still in vegetables.
Lift out, put on towels and pat dry with paper towels.
Let stand to air dry a little.
