Raisin Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. sugar
3 Tbsp. flour
few grains of salt
1 c. boiling water
1 1/2 c. raisins
1/4 c. lemon juice
1 Tbsp. butter
2 pie crusts
Preparation

Combine sugar, flour and salt.
Add boiling water slowly, stirring constantly until thick.
Add raisins, lemon juice and butter.
Pour into pastry lined pan.
Cover with top crust.
Bake at 425\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
