Stir-Fry Ramen Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 large cabbage, shredded (nappa)
5 green onions, chopped
2 pkg. Ramen noodles, broken (save flavor packet for soup)
1/2 c. sesame seed
1/4 to 1/2 c. slivered almonds
4 Tbsp. margarine
Preparation

Combine cabbage and green onions.
Cover and store in fridge until ready to serve.
In frypan, melt margarine and add noodles, sesame seed and almonds, stirring until browned.
Drain and cool on paper towel.
Sprinkle over cabbage and onions.
