Wilted Lettuce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 to 4 slices bacon
1/4 c. vinegar, diluted slightly
2 tsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. mustard
1 raw egg
1 head lettuce (leafy)
Preparation

Fry bacon and drain.
Mix other ingredients together and stir mixture into slightly cooled bacon grease, then pour over lettuce. Crumble bacon over top.
Serves 4 to 6 people.
