Angel Biscuits - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 1/2 c. self-rising flour
1/4 tsp. soda
1/2 c. Crisco
2 Tbsp. sugar
1/4 c. warm water
1 c. buttermilk
1 pkg. yeast, dissolved
Preparation

Mix flour and Crisco.
Add other ingredients.
Roll out on floured towel (not terry).
Knead with towel.
Cut with biscuit cutter.
Let rise 30 minutes before cooking.
