Cold Oven Pound Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 stick butter, softened
    3 c. sugar
    3 c. plain flour
    1 tsp. vanilla
    pinch of salt
    1 c. Crisco
    5 eggs
    1 c. milk
    1 tsp. almond
    1 tsp. lemon
Preparation
    Combine butter, Crisco, eggs, milk, vanilla, almond and salt. Mix well.
    Sift together flour and sugar.
    Pour this into butter and Crisco mixture and blend well.
    Pour into greased and floured pan.
    Place in cold oven and set at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
