Pork Chop Dinner In A Skillet - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 pork chops
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    4 carrots, sliced
    3 potatoes, sliced
    1/2 small onion, chopped
    2 stalks celery, chopped
    salt and pepper
    4 slices American cheese
Preparation
    Fry pork
    chops
    in
    electric skillet for 10 minutes on each side.
    Add
    enough water to just cover chops and cook for 20 minutes at 250\u00b0 with cover.
    Add carrots, potatoes, celery, onion, salt
    and
    pepper.
    Cover
    and cook another 20 minutes. Add cheese,
    cover
    and
    cook
    10
    minutes
    more.
    Stir before serving.
    Serve with biscuits or hard rolls.
