Barbecue Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 fryers, cut up
1 (10 oz.) can chicken broth
3/4 c. vinegar
1 Tbsp. crushed red pepper
1 tsp. Texas Pete
1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

Boil for 30 minutes the above ingredients.
Coat the chicken as if you are going to fry.
Place in roaster.
Pour sauce over chicken and bake at 425\u00b0 for 1 hour or until chicken is well done.
