Leftover Beef - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 small onion
    1/2 c. celery
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1 envelope French's brown gravy mix
    1 c. water
    2 c. cooked cubed beef
Preparation
    Saute 1 small sliced onion and celery in butter about 10 minutes (lid on pot).
    Stir in contents of brown gravy mix, water and beef.
    (Water must be cold.)
    Cook, stirring, until mixture comes to boil and thickens.
    Serve on rice.
    (Mixture will thicken quickly.)
