Quick And Easy Cream Of Potato Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. celery, chopped
    1/4 c. green peppers, chopped
    1/2 c. onions, chopped
    1 Tbsp. garlic salt
Preparation
    Cook until vegetables are tender.
    Add 1 cup of cream to water and vegetables.
    Next, take any brand of instant potatoes and add to the soup ingredients until thick as you desire.
    Serve hot.
