Low-Fat Spaghetti Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. very lean ground beef
    1 lb. fresh mushrooms
    garlic cloves
    4 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce
    1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
    1/4 tsp. dill seed, oregano, thyme and basil to taste
    olive oil
Preparation
    Brown ground beef, then place in a large pot. Slice mushrooms, then saute in a small amount of olive oil along with a good amount of chopped garlic. Place in pot with meat. Add the tomato sauce and tomato paste. Add dill seed.
    Add oregano, thyme and basil to your taste. Simmer for 30 minutes. Freezes well.
