Hot Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. yeast mixture
    1 1/2 c. water
    1/2 c. cooking oil
    salt to taste
    1/4 c. sugar (more can be used, if you want it sweeter)
    6 c. flour
Preparation
    Mix yeast mixture, water, oil, salt and sugar.
    Mix well. Work in flour.
    Place in a covered container out of the drafts for 10 to 12 hours.
    Knead and put in a bowl to rise until double. Knead and make into rolls or can be made into loaves.
    Put in pans and let rise until double in size.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
